01The approach
Imaging Inside the Same Building
At Nuevo Medical in Bundall, Imaging Specialists will operate a dedicated radiology suite inside the centre, covering MRI, CT, ultrasound and X-ray. The onsite location is intended to support coordination between imaging and the practitioners involved in a patient's care. Where a more specific investigation is needed, the treating practitioner can arrange an appropriate external imaging pathway. Call 1300 068 386 to enquire.
02Radiology & imaging

An MRI scan uses magnetic fields rather than radiation to produce detailed images of soft tissue, joints and organs.

A CT scan builds cross-sectional images quickly, which makes it useful across a wide range of clinical questions.

Ultrasound uses sound waves to image soft tissue and blood flow in real time, with no radiation involved.

X-ray remains the fastest first-line image for bone, chest and joint assessment.
