About Nuevo Medical

Nuevo Medical began with a simple idea: care works best when the steps between appointments are looked after as carefully as the appointment itself. The imaging, the blood test, the allied health referral and the follow-up all matter to how a patient actually progresses.

The way we want care to work shaped the centre itself. Our Bundall centre on the Gold Coast brings general practice, cardiology, fertility and reproductive health, allied health, radiology, pathology and structured health programs into one building, working from shared care plans. We call the model Nuevo Care.

General Practice at Nuevo Medical operates a mixed-billing model. Private fees generally apply, with bulk billing available for eligible patients or consultations where applicable, and fees and eligibility may vary by consultation and clinician. Nuevo clinicians maintain the professional registration, accreditation and credentials applicable to their profession, and retain full independence over their clinical decisions and referrals.
