01The approach
Collection Without a Second Trip
Pathology on the Gold Coast at Nuevo Medical will be provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology, with a dedicated collection area inside our Bundall centre. The practical difference is timing. When a GP or cardiologist orders bloods during a consultation, the collection can happen before you leave rather than becoming a task for another day. That matters most for the tests that need repeating, such as medication monitoring, chronic disease review and cardiometabolic markers, where a missed collection turns into a missed review. Cholesterol testing measures the lipid fractions used in cardiovascular risk assessment.

Kidney function tests track renal function and electrolyte balance, which matters for many long-term medications.

Diabetes testing covers glucose, HbA1c and the related markers used in cardiometabolic assessment.

Medication monitoring is the routine bloodwork that some medications require while they're being taken.
